County Law... County Law... LOL! I'm guessing that this convicts sister is one of them special needs types, but that doesn't mean she can't bring smiles to all of our faces.
When the COPS camera crews show up with the county sheriff's department to arrest her sister, this redneck gets overly excited about the cameras and her moment to shine in the spotlight on TV.
