This my friends is why they put up road cones & work areas are blocked off in the United States when new roads are being paved.
I wonder if they have Zappos next-day service on shoes in Russia - because a lot of people are in need of some new kicks. Watch as these bipeds get stuck in the fresh tar in the middle of this crosswalk in Russia. I felt a bit bad for the old man caught in the goo, but then I LOL'd!
