Live TV can lead to some fantastic blunders sometimes... as seen on the grand finale of Australia's Next Top Model. The host of the show announces the winner.. but Ooops, it was the wrong girl. She tries to recover and correct the error as fireworks sounded off and balloons fell on the wrong contestant. This my friends is why Ryan Seacrest uses printed cards when announcing winners.
